The South Beds Concert Band was formed in 1992 by the present chairman, Simon Farmer, in order to give wind players and percussionists the opportunity of performing the wide variety of concert band repertoire in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Band rehearses every Sunday through the year at Totternhoe Memorial Hall between 7:30 and 9:30. There are normally around three concerts a year plus some outside fetes during the Summer months.

There is no audition procedure, anyone, of any age, is welcome to just come along and have a go!

Subscriptions of £25.00 for individuals and £60.00 for family membership are collected twice a year to cover costs for hiring the hall, purchasing music and arranging concerts.
